Melvil is a mixed farm in the Mykolaiv region: we grow grain and oilseeds, raise dairy cattle, sheep, goats and poultry, farm freshwater fish, and supply grain, feed, meat and food wholesale.

Do you buy grain from other farmers?
Yes, we buy grain, oilseeds and feed for trading. Quality is checked in our lab on delivery.
Do you sell to shops and restaurants?
Yes, meat, eggs, fish and dairy are available wholesale with veterinary documents.
Can we visit the farm?
Group visits for schools and partners can be arranged on request.
What do you do with old machinery?
Worn-out machinery and metal are sent for recycling through licensed processors.

MELVIL LLC ("Melvil", "we") grows crops, raises dairy cattle, sheep, goats, poultry and other animals, farms freshwater fish, and trades grain, feed, meat, food products and scrap wholesale. This policy explains how we handle personal data under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and the GDPR.

2. Buyers and suppliers
Contacts, contracts, invoices, delivery addresses and quality certificates. For grain we buy from farmers, also lab results and weighbridge records.
3. Traceability
Food and veterinary law require us to record which batches of meat, eggs, milk and fish went to which customers. These records support recalls.
4. Farm visitors
Visitors sign in for biosecurity and safety. Names and visit times are kept for 1 year.
5. Drivers
Names and vehicle numbers of drivers collecting or delivering goods, for transport documents and site safety.
6. Purposes and grounds
Performance of contracts, legal obligations (food safety, veterinary, tax), legitimate interests (biosecurity).
7. Recipients
Veterinary and food safety authorities, carriers, laboratories, banks. We do not sell personal data.
8. Retention
- Traceability records: as required by food law.
- Visitor logs: 1 year.
- Contracts: as required by law.
9. Your rights
You may access, correct and delete your data (subject to legal retention), restrict or object to processing, obtain a portable copy and withdraw consent. We reply within 30 days. Complaints may be addressed to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or an EU supervisory authority.
